Hop onto the front as it starts moving to get to the center island. Return to the platform that lunges out to the right. Once you each the back wall, color in the white spot on the right to get that platform moving. On the other side, keep following the path, ignoring the platform that lunges out to the right. Bowser (whos covered in black, thanks to the power of the black paint) threw the Big Paint Stars away before Mario arrived, and is one of the main reasons why Prism Island is being drained of its color.
